Policies:

Reservations: We recommend you book your appointment in advance and arrive at least 10 minutes before appointment to complete a health history form. Some treatments are not recommended with certain health conditions.

Cancellations: To accommodate our guests and our practitioners needs, we respectfully require a 24-hour cancellation notice for individual services. Appointments not honored will be charged the full value of services booked.

Your Privacy: We want you to be completely comfortable during your treatment. If you do not want to completely disrobe, you can wear your undergarments or a bathing suit. Keep in mind that our therapists are trained to drape you discretely with linens and will protect your privacy at all times, you will feel secure and comfortable. If you do choose to disrobe entirely for your treatments this will eliminate the possibility of getting oils on your clothing, and make it easier for the therapist to massage your whole body efficiently.
